One of my top goals, as the founder of this website, is to reach as much Pinoys (even foreigners as long as you’re in the Philippines) as I can and offer them great and valuable content that would make an impact in their lifestyle.

This was how I was raised and I am thankful for that.

Every single human being in this world has issues.

Because unfortunately, If you don’t have problems in life then you are not living.

We all have negative thoughts that pops up in our heads from time to time which fucks up our perception of the world. With little to no real-life evidences.

And some people are worse than others.

That is just how our mind works.

I shall explain further.

You are about to present in front of a large group. Be it in class or work.

But just before that, your mind keeps looping thoughts in your head that somehow, you are just gonna fuck up, or one of your workmate/classmate whom you had an issue with few months back is quietly judging you, and many other shit going on in your head

You want to buy something but you currently don’t have enough funds so your mind begins putting thoughts like “Im poor” “Im worthless” etc.

You weren’t accepted to work for a certain company or you didn’t get the part you wanted to play in a movie so your mind ends up telling yourself shit like ” Why did I even apply for this shit” “Im nothing.” “Im a worthless piece of shit”

A girl makes “paasa” to you.

So your mind, again, gives you negative thought loops such as “Im ugly” ” Why did I even try?!?!” etc.

Notice how I keep saying “Your mind” instead of basically just saying “You”?

There is a reason to this.

Because YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND AND YOUR MIND IS YOUR BIGGEST ENEMY.

You are probably thinking, How the hell do I know this shit?

This is Eckhart Tolle.

This man has changed countless lives of people.

He is also a best-selling author on quite a few number of books.

Also, People like Oprah, Jim Carrey, and other highly successful people go to him for advices on Happiness, Overthinking, etc.

70-80% of a human’s thoughts are negative, 95% of thoughts are repetitive. An average human has 60,000 thoughts per day.

The Power of Now is one of the greatest books that existed in mankind. It teaches you how to “switch off” your mind and be happier.

I haven’t finished the book due to some personal issues I am currently having.

However, although I haven’t yet finished the book, The info that I have acquired in the book was enough to change my mind and was also enough to push me to write an article on this and share this huge and valuable info to the world.

The best way to deal with this issue is to turn your reality into something awesome.

And it is not as hard as you think.

MEDITATION.

I swear, Meditation is the shit.

It has made me happier and more confident.

More than any tangible things could.

Meditation helps you switch off your mind and become present in the moment.

This is not some fake mumbo jumbo info.

You can go to google right now and search about Meditation.

It has been scientifically proven MILLIONS of times how it could change a person’s life

ADVANTAGES OF MEDITATING AFTER A FEW WEEKS.

The following are the improvements that you will experience if you have been meditating everyday for a few weeks:

1. INCREASED CONFIDENCE

-Your confidence will increase overall.  From socializing to dates to public speaking. Anything. Because it stops you from thinking too much and just doing the action.

2. HAPPINESS

– There has been THOUSANDS of research about the Happiness Levels between an average person and a monk who has been meditating almost his whole life. The results were astonishing. A monk is almost 2o times happier than an average person! this was measured through brain waves.

3. Easier to quit vices

4. INCREASED FOCUS AND PRODUCTIVITY

– Once your mind stops thinking too much and you become present in the moment, There would be no distractions in your head.

5. Reduces/Destroys Social Anxiety or General Anxiety and Depression

After meditating religiously every day for the past two months.

My tolerance was higher, MORE SOCIAL, Happier overall, Confidence increased, Became more aware in certain things in life.

If people aren’t currently happy with their lives, Most of them would escape reality through Tv Shows, Video Games, Alcohol, Drugs, etc.

These are good and all but only gives temporary happiness.

Generally, People like that are stagnant and sad.

Meditation can truly make a BIG IMPACT on your life if you dedicate yourself to it.

I mean, All you need to do is set aside 10 minutes of your time per day and just do it man.

Thats all.
